Leanne is an award-winning Midwest actress known for her bold, versatile, and stereotype-bending on-screen performances. She stars in the feature films Idle Girl, Oregonda, Chasing Rabbits, Alan and the Rulers of the Air, Undefiled, M30-Oxy, and Extraction, USA, with roles in Lifetime Network's The Past Comes Knocking and NBC's Chicago PD.
Leanne is trained in the Stanislavski method and utilizes dynamic emotional range, smart comedic timing, and solid improvisational skills to bring truth to her characters. She has thorough experience in Krav Maga, firearms, stunts, fight choreography, can play acoustic guitar, sing and is especially adept to demanding roles and rigorous shoot schedules.
Leanne is also an award-winning writer and dedicated independent film producer focused on representing women through real, raw, and remarkable narratives.
